From Wednesday, November 19, 2025, to Monday, December 22, 2025, we will offer a limited-time “Kanazawa Story Dinner” featuring locally sourced ingredients from Kanazawa. The Kanazawa crab, a symbol of Ishikawa's winter cuisine. In addition to this, we incorporate fresh yellowtail and cod landed at Kanazawa Port, seasonal Kaga vegetables unique to this time of year, and honey harvested within Kanazawa City. From appetizers to dessert, we are committed to local ingredients, reflecting the passion of each producer in every dish to create a special course.
