Unlike the operations- and sales-focused establishments common in tourist areas,
we use precious ingredients painstakingly prepared by producers and available only at the time.
We take the time and effort to carefully prepare what we can do now, what we want to make now, and what we want our customers to enjoy at that time.
(We are not a drinking establishment like an izakaya or bar.)
●We only accept reservations for guests ordering the "Omakase Course."
*We do not accept reservations for the Omakase Course for one person only.
●We do not accept seat-only reservations for customers ordering set meals or a la carte dishes.
We will inform you of availability depending on the reservation status when you visit us in person.
(Or, please call us between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM on the day of your planned visit.)
●We do not have a children's menu.
*The menu is generally the same as the adult menu.
*We do not have a menu for children under 3, but children are welcome to visit with their parents.
*We believe that the sounds of babies crying and laughing are the best background music.
If you cannot understand that other customers' children will be sharing the same space, please refrain from using our facilities.
●If we are unable to contact you after your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you will be late.
●For reservations of 7 or more people, please contact the store directly.
