●If we are unable to contact you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you are going to be late.
●For tatami rooms and adult courses for 5 or more people, the second floor can be reserved exclusively.
Cancellation Policy~
For cancellations and changes, the following cancellation fees will be charged, calculated from the time of your arrival.
A cancellation fee will be charged regardless of the reason.
[Table-only Reservations]
● 24 hours in advance: ¥2,420 per person
● 48 hours in advance: ¥1,210 per person
[Course Reservations]
● 24 hours in advance: 100% of the reservation fee
● 48 hours in advance: 50% of the reservation fee
*Cancellation policies vary for each course; if stated, these policies will take precedence.
