Kaiseki Kinmata was registered as a Tangible Cultural Property of Japan in 2001. In a traditional Kyoto machiya townhouse from the Meiji era, we prepare Kyoto cuisine with a commitment to welcoming our guests with the same sense of comfort and trust that has remained unchanged over the years.
