・You will be asked to leave the store after a maximum of 30 minutes.
・When it is crowded, please help us by giving up your seats.
・Please be sure to order one shaved ice per person. (Elementary school students and above)
・Children who sit and eat alone will be counted as one person.

For cancellations, you will be charged a cancellation fee as shown below, starting from the date and time of your visit.
24 hours before arrival time: ¥2,000 per person
