Reservation
1.Online booking is available two months in advance.
2.Meal prices are subject to change at the venue during special holidays, national holidays and long weekends
3.Parties of four people and more may be seated at different tables. Seating designation is not available. Seating arrangements will be made according to availability.
4.Please include the number of children, if any, in the number of guests when making reservation.
Please note whether high chair and cutlery for children are required in the remarks section.

6.Please notify us in advance in the event of cancelation or changes to your reservation.
7.Reservations will be automatically cancelled ten minutes after the requested time of arrival without further notice.

Minimum charge:
1.There is no minimum charge at the lobby.
2.Minimum charge at the private rooms:
-PINE (20 persons) large private room minimum charge lunch/dinner NT70,000
-REED, PLUM, LOTUS (8-14persons) Medium private room minimum charges: NT30,000
-CHRYSANTHEMUM, ORCHID (5-8 persons) small private room minimum charge: NT15,000

【Deposit Policy & Reservation Cancellation Notice】
To protect your rights, please note the following deposit and cancellation policies for both “Special Reservations” and “General Reservations”:

🔶 Special Reservations
Definition:
"Special Reservations" refer to bookings on holidays (e.g., Songkran Festival, New Year's Eve, Christmas, etc.), events (e.g., guest chef events, festive activities), or special restaurant menus (e.g., customized dishes).
Procedures:
1. Deposit: Please refer to each restaurant’s reservation announcement.
2. Payment: A deposit must be paid by credit card at the time of booking.
3. Non-payment: If the deposit is not paid within the specified time, the system will automatically cancel your reservation. If you still wish to dine, please make a new reservation.
4. Cancellation after deposit payment:
*(1) If canceled at least 72 hours before the dining date (inclusive), please contact the restaurant or use the reservation system to cancel. The full deposit will be refunded to the original credit card.
*(2) If canceled less than 72 hours prior to the reservation date, or if the date/time is changed within this period, the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters) are excluded.
(Example: For a reservation at 18:00 on July 10, canceling on or before 18:00 on July 7 qualifies for a full refund. Canceling after 18:01 on July 7 forfeits the deposit and rescheduling is not allowed.)

🔷 General Reservations
Definition:
Any reservation that does not fall under the “special reservation” category.
Procedures:
1. A credit card must be linked at the time of booking, but no payment is required upfront.
2. Cancellation within 72 hours before the reservation date will result in a cancellation fee being charged to the linked credit card. Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters) are excluded.
(Example: For a reservation at 18:00 on July 10, canceling on or before 18:00 on July 7 incurs no cancellation fee. Canceling after 18:01 forfeits the deposit and rescheduling is not allowed.)
Cancellation Fees:
-Large private room(maximum 20 guests) : NT20,000
-Medium private room(maximum 14 guests) : NT10,000
-Small private room(maximum 8 guests) : NT5,000
-Lobby Reservation: For reservations with pre-ordered dishes, a 30% deposit of the total food cost is required in advance, as ingredients need to be prepared accordingly.
