Booking Policy
* A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and secure all daybed reservations. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.
* Walk-ins and table bookings are subject to an IDR 100,000 per person entry fee, which is non-redeemable.
* Reservations will be held for 1 hour after the confirmed booking time. If you are running late, please contact our team. After this time, your daybed may be released and the deposit will remain non-refundable.
* All bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable, including no-shows, changes of plans, or reduced group size.
* Bookings may be rescheduled once, with at least 24 hours’ notice, to another available date within 30 days of the original booking date. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
* Reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit.
* In the event of rain or unfavorable weather, payments remain non-refundable. Alternative or covered seating is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Pool Access & Venue Guidelines
* Towel hire is IDR 50,000. Outside towels are not permitted.
* No outside food, beverages, floaties, toys, or branded beverage merchandise are permitted.
* Children are welcome and must remain supervised by an adult at all times.
* Backup tables or alternative seating cannot be guaranteed due to weather or other circumstances outside the venue’s control.
