●Please refrain from using perfume or strongly scented hair products or fabric softeners. We may refuse entry depending on the strength of the scent.
● Food Allergies & Religious Dietary Restrictions
Please note that our dishes widely feature ingredients such as shellfish, seafood, soy (including soy sauce and miso), and wheat. We will do our best to accommodate food allergies and religious dietary restrictions.
However, please be advised that we may not be able to accommodate requests that are extensive or significantly impact the overall balance of the course menu. If you have any such restrictions, please be sure to consult with us in advance.
● Food Dislikes & Preferences
At namida, we believe that the true essence of dining is not merely about confirming flavors you already know, but about encountering unfamiliar seasons and tastes.
Therefore, while we will take your food dislikes and preferences into consideration as much as possible, we generally do not offer personalized menu modifications or individual ingredient substitutions for them.
If a dish genuinely does not suit your palate, please feel free to leave it without hesitation. We kindly ask that you make your reservation with an understanding of our philosophy.
●Birthday Celebrations: Since we use traditional Japanese tableware, we do not provide special touches such as birthday plates. Instead, we offer a small celebration to mark the occasion.
●Unauthorized photography and videography, as well as broadcasting on Instagram Live or TikTok, are prohibited. Please obtain permission from staff before posting on social media.
●Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating request.
●If we are unable to contact you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we will be forced to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you are going to be late.
●For reservations of 11 or more people, please contact the restaurant directly.
