


原宿さくら亭
Sakuratei serves one-of-a-kind okonomiyaki made with natural dashi stock made with bonito flakes and Rishiri kelp, with no added artificial seasonings. Domestic cabbage chopped into 1mm thick pieces is mixed with plenty of mountain yam to create a fluffy texture. The restaurant also houses the Design Festa Gallery and a cafe bar, making it a space where you can enjoy the fusion of art and food.
