Sukiya architecture located within a hotel offers a relaxing space with a sense of Japanese sophistication. Our top-class chef uses local Michinoku ingredients and traditional techniques in their cookng. Our melt-in-the-mouth Sendai beef is grilled on hot-stone and we use Hitomebore rice from Tome, planted and harvested by our hotel staff. Enjoy with a Junmai Ginjo sake, Yamada Nishiki.
