Cancellation without prior notice on the day of reservation (No-show): 100% of the plan fee
※ Please note that cancellation fees may be waived in the event of unavoidable circumstances, such as typhoons, earthquakes, or major public transportation disruptions.
※ If you cannot contact us after the reservation time of 15 minutes, we may be forced to cancel, so please be sure to contact us if you are late.
