The "Vegetable and JW Garden Herb Sandwich" was created using only plant-based ingredients in response to requests from guests.
Healthy ingredients such as soy bolognese, carrot rapé marinated in Nara's persimmon vinegar and avocado are sandwiched together on savory toasted whole wheat bread. The butter is soy butter, and the cheese has been carefully selected to be vegetable-based as well. The generous portion size will satisfy even the hungriest of palates.

The "Yamato Nara Chicken Basket" is JW's spicy take on "Chicken Tatsuta-age", which is said to derive its name from the Tatsuta River that flows through the northwestern part of Nara. The batter is crispy and the meat is soft and juicy.
