• The agreed minimum guarantee will apply regardless of the final number of guests attending.

• Guests will be responsible for any damage, breakage, or excessive soiling of the venue, furniture, glassware, equipment, or other property. Any applicable repair, replacement, or cleaning costs will be charged accordingly.

• Any changes to food or beverage arrangements must be made by 12:00 noon, 7 days prior to the event.

• Event-related luggage and deliveries may be accepted and stored from the day before the event, subject to prior arrangement.

• Our cancellation policy is as follows: For private events and large group bookings, cancellations made within 60 days of the reservation date will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations made within 30 days will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

• Full prepayment is required to secure and confirm the reservation.
