The dough is made by blending three types of flour and letting it sit at low temperature for several days to bring out the flavor of the flour. The high heat of the wood-fired oven makes the outside crispy and the inside nice and chewy. In addition to the Margherita, we also have several other original songbook pizzas, so please give them a try.
