NIKITATSU Junmai Daiginjo Mikan Tai Carpaccio Kobujime Ehime sea bream, kombu cured and paired with a refined Junmai Daiginjo that highlights the freshness and delicacy of the dish.
NIKITATSU Junmai Grilled Hyogo Oysters Rich and savoury oysters complemented by the balanced character and gentle umami of NIKITATSU Junmai.
NIKITATSU Daiginjo Sanchoku Wagyu Striploin Binchotan-grilled Australian Wagyu paired with an elegant Daiginjo that enhances both richness and texture. Guests who do not consume beef may opt for Gindara (Black Cod). Kindly inform us at the time of booking.
