This is a new and modern sake brewery that opened in 2017. There is a tasting room modeled after a tea house, and a gallery where you can learn about the history of the master brewer, Noguchi Naohiko. Approximately 20 minutes by car (taxi) from Komatsu Station, approximately 40 minutes by car (taxi) from Komatsu Airport.

Limited Edition Tasting Course

Among the many sakes produced in 2019 Vintage, the master brewer Noguchi personally selected the best lot, Limited Edition NOGUCHI NAOHIKO 01 2019 Vintage, a limited edition product that has undergone thorough aging control over several years. You will be able to taste five types of sake made using the Yamahai method, which can be said to be Noguchi Naohiko's masterpiece.
The tasting will be held in Touan, a dedicated tasting room modeled after a teahouse.
* The total amount of sake will be approximately 180ml.
Simple snacks will be provided.
