At Xu Restaurant Lounge, we strive to provide an exceptional dining experience for all our Guests. To ensure that we meet your needs and provide the best possible service, we have established the following policies
Booking Deposit
A booking deposit of 600,000vnd/person is required to secure a reservation. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill.
Cancellation
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the reservation time to avoid any penalties. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time will result in the loss of the booking deposit.
Event Booking
We specialize in hosting private events and parties. To ensure that we can provide the best possible service, we require a minimum of 20 Guests for private events. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure an event booking. Final Guest numbers and menu selections must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event.
Dietary Restrictions
We take food allergies and dietary restrictions seriously. Please notify us of any dietary restrictions or preferences at least 24 hours prior to your reservation.
Special Requests
We are committed to making your dining experience special, please let us know if you have any unique requests or requirements (birthday cakes, decorations, flowers,…). Please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your reservation.
Corkage Fee
We are passionate about serving you the best cuisine. To ensure our high standards, we kindly request that all food and beverages be purchased from us. If you would like to bring your own wine or champagne, a corkage fee of 1,000,000vnd for wine and 2,000,000vnd for spirit per bottle will apply. Please ask our team for prior approval.
