●We may not be able to accommodate your request for seat selection. ●The VIP room only has 6 seats at a counter table in a separate room on the 1st floor. This is not a private reservation. ●Restrooms are only on the second floor. Please note that there are steep stairs, which may cause inconvenience to those with limited mobility. ●Seating is limited to 90 minutes. We ask that you leave your seat 10 minutes early to prepare for the next customer. ●If we cannot contact you within 30 minutes of your scheduled reservation time, we may have to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you will be late. ●Reservations are only accepted for junior high school students and above. ●Reservations for fruit snacks (only 6 meals a day) can only be made 5 days in advance (120 hours in advance) (On the day, we have a limited number of snacks available that cannot be reserved in-store). When making a reservation for Fruit Ju, please select a date/time frame after 5 days (120 hours).
