Inspired by last year’s popular collaboration lunch with Hiroshima Jogakuin University, this event features a cooking seminar followed by a lunch.
Kobayashi, head chef at the Chinese restaurant “Tōri”, will demonstrate and introduce healthy recipes that can easily be prepared at home. He’ll also share valuable cooking tips and techniques unique to hotel chefs for creating delicious dishes.
Additionally, students from Hiroshima Jogakuin University’s Department of Dietetics will give a mini-lecture on “gut health,” sharing useful nutrition knowledge applicable to everyday diets!
After the seminar, guests will enjoy a special lunch featuring the dishes demonstrated during the session.
