●Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating request.
●Due to kitchen equipment limitations, there is a limit to the number of people who can cook at one time. Reservations are limited to a maximum of eight people, including children. We do not accept reservations for groups of eight or more.
●Please note that if you reserve two or more tables with different reservation times, we will not be able to connect tables or align meal start times.
●If we are unable to contact you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation. If you will be late, please contact us by phone or email.

●Your seat will be available for two hours from the time of your reservation.
*Please note that if you are unavoidably late, your seat may not be ready or your reservation time may be shortened.
*Even if your taxi is delayed, we cannot accept last-minute changes to your reservation time on the day.
We recommend that you make transportation arrangements in advance.
●A cancellation fee of ¥4,000 per person will be charged for cancellations made three hours or less prior to your reservation time.
●If we do not receive any contact from you more than 15 minutes after your reservation time, we will consider it a no-show and charge a cancellation fee of ¥4,000 per person.
