[Reservation Guidelines]
Please read carefully to ensure a smooth experience.
◉ Phone Reservations Available
If online reservations are full or for groups of 7 or more, please contact the restaurant directly.
No seat selection / Completely non-smoking (No smoking area available).
Time limits: Lunch: 90 min / Dinner: 120 min (Peak periods: 70 min).
No waiting area: Please arrive exactly at your reservation time. We cannot accommodate early arrivals, especially before opening.
Reservation request field (in the system) is not monitored. For any requests, please call us directly.
Stairs, steps, and traditional Japanese seating (not sunken kotatsu) available. If you have concerns, please call in advance, as we may not be able to accommodate requests on the day of your visit.
Split billing is not available.
Food allergies: We may not be able to accommodate special requests, including separate oil for frying. Please call in advance to discuss.
Cancellation Policy
1–4 guests: By the day before
5–9 guests: At least 1 week in advance
10–14 guests: At least 2 weeks in advance
15+ guests: At least 3 weeks in advance
※ Same-day changes to the number of guests are not accepted. Food will be prepared for the number of guests in the reservation.
※ If you are 20 minutes late without contact, your reservation may be canceled.
For Guests with Strollers & Wheelchairs
Entry may not be possible depending on size and space availability. Please contact us in advance.
Strollers: Must be folded for storage. Oversized strollers cannot be stored or brought inside.
