【Important notes regarding reservations】
1. If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your reserved time, the reservation may be canceled. Please be sure to contact us if you expect to be late.
2. We may contact you via mobile phone for confirmation purposes.
3. Seat requests cannot be accommodated.
4. If you fail to arrive within 15 minutes of your reserved time without notice, we may give priority to other waiting guests.
5. Table usage is limited to 90 minutes; the final order must be placed 70 minutes after your reservation time.
6. During peak seasons (Golden Week, summer), priority is given to hotel guests. As a result, outside guests may be denied entry or asked to adjust their reservation times. Please understand this in advance.
