[Reservation Notes]
Reservations for the following month open at 2:00 PM on the 25th of each month. All kids' programs are available only to children 48 months and older and under 12 years of age.
When making a reservation, please be sure to include your child's name, age, gender, allergies, and any special needs in the "Request" section.
All programs require advance reservations through the website,
and may not be available if the program is fully booked.
Program reservations can be made until 8:00 PM the day before.
A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations or changes made after 8:00 PM the day before.

To ensure smooth operation, please arrive 10 minutes before the program starts.
Entry may be restricted after the program begins.
Program content may be changed or canceled due to resort circumstances.
