[Takeout Information]
● Please arrive at the reserved time.
● As this is a frozen product, we recommend placing it in the freezer within 30 minutes of receiving it, depending on the season.
● Please bring ice packs and a cooler bag.

[Delivery Information]
● We accept orders from 6 days in advance.
● Delivery will be via Yamato Transport Cool Delivery. Please select your desired arrival date and, due to system limitations, select <10:00> for the time selection.
●Delivery Area: Japan (excluding remote islands)
●Shipping Fee: Flat rate of ¥1,500
*Please select the shipping fee when selecting your menu*
●In the [Delivery] menu, enter your delivery address and desired time slot. Reservations without this option will be canceled. Please make a new reservation.
●We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather or traffic conditions.
●If the address you entered is incorrect, the delivery company will return the package. We are not responsible for this, either. Thank you for your understanding.
