Booking Policy We maintain a strict 15-minute grace period. If you arrive beyond this time, your reserved table will be offered to the next waiting guests.
If no tables are available for reservation at your preferred date and time, we have allocated seats for walk-in guests.
Cancellations If you wish to cancel your reservation, kindly contact the respective store you reserved with or cancel through the confirmation email no later than 1 hour before your reservation time.
Pet Policy Please be advised that Kiwami BGC accommodates pets in designated pet-friendly seating areas, subject to availability. Kiwami ATC and Kiwami MOA do not allow pets inside the store premises for food safety and sanitation reasons.
