● To guarantee your reservation, we require a valid credit card.

Your card will not be charged at the time of booking.
It is used only as a reservation guarantee and will be charged only if your reservation is subject to our cancellation policy.

● If you expect to arrive late, please contact us as soon as possible.

Guests visiting from overseas are kindly requested to contact us through the Japanese-speaking staff or concierge at their hotel.

If we do not hear from you within 30 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation may be cancelled.

● If you wish to confirm or modify your reservation, please contact the restaurant directly.

● For reservations of 9 guests or more, please contact the restaurant directly.

● Seating requests will be accommodated whenever possible; however, we cannot guarantee specific seating.

● Children are welcome only if they will enjoy the same course menu as the adults.

● To ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests, please refrain from wearing strong perfume or fragrances.

● Smoking is prohibited inside the restaurant. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
