A new brand, ‘L’HISTORIQUE’, created by Chef Pâtissier Takuya Asai. While respecting the traditions and techniques of French patisserie, this is a new line of confections where Asai blends the skills and sensibilities he has developed throughout his career to express his own unique style.
At the 6-seat counter inside the shop, we serve assiette desserts and parfaits. Seasonal menus featuring fresh, in-season ingredients are offered throughout the year—delicacies that can only be enjoyed at that time.
