Special reservation
◆If the guest cancels within the specified time [72 hours (inclusive) before the scheduled dining time]:
1. The deposit will be fully refunded to the original payment credit card.
2. Deposit refund process:
(1) The company will complete the refund process within 14 working days after confirming the cancellation application.
(2) After the refund is completed, the documents will be sent to the issuing bank for processing.
(3) The actual refund date will be determined by the card issuing bank's settlement date, and the amount will be refunded to the original credit card account.
Please pay attention to the current or next bill. If you have any questions, please contact the customer service of the card-holding bank directly.
◆If the guest does not cancel within the specified time [change or cancellation within 72 hours from the scheduled dining time]: The company will not refund the deposit, but this does not apply in the event of force majeure such as natural disasters.
