Due to renovation work on the guest rooms in Building 4, the operating venue for Restaurant "Azalea" will be changed to "Shakunage" (restaurant floor) in Building 5 starting with dinner on Wednesday, April 8th. Furthermore, on days when congestion is expected, the operating venue may be changed to "Kiyotsu" (restaurant floor) in Building 6. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
●Depending on the day, the style will be "buffet," "half buffet," or "set menu." *Half buffet means that the main dish (refills available) will be served to your table by a staff member. Appetizers, salads, soups, desserts, etc. can be freely taken from the food board. Refills are also available for set menus.
【Reservation Period】 Breakfast: Reservations for breakfast are available from Monday, April 6th. Reservations: 6 days prior to your stay (2:00 PM) to the day before your stay (5:00 PM) Dinner: 5 days prior to your stay (2:00 PM) to the day of your stay (5:00 PM)
▶For guests wishing to book multiple nights for consecutive stays, please make your reservations for the rest of your stay by phone, starting from the reservation start date (5 days prior to your stay).
▶Even if you book a meal-inclusive accommodation plan, the price will be displayed on the reservation confirmation screen, but no payment will be required.
▶If your desired time is not displayed for your selected date, it means that you cannot make a reservation because it is "before the reservation start date," "sales have ended," or "a date excluded from sales." Also, reservations for "children's menus" only are not accepted.
▶Seating will be determined upon your arrival; advance requests for seating are not accepted.Please note that we do not accept special requests (birthday cakes, anniversary plates, kids' anniversaries, etc.) via online reservations. Please call us by 3:00 PM two days prior to your reservation date.
▶We will ask you to show us your "Reservation Confirmation Email" screen upon your arrival.
▶If we do not receive contact from you more than 15 minutes after your reservation time, we may not be able to prepare your table.
▶For reservations of 7 or more people, we kindly ask that you make multiple separate reservations or contact the restaurant directly.
▶Menu items may change depending on ingredient availability.
