• Reservations for the following month become available on the 1st of each month at 10:00. • Each reservation slot is for 60 minutes, with a rotation system in place. • If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your reserved time, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and the slot may be offered to other guests. • You can make, change, or cancel reservations via the booking website up until 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time. • Should your plans change on the day of your visit, please contact the store as soon as possible. • Reservations and changes cannot be made by phone or in person.
