Seats will be held for 15 minutes – if you're running late, please call us to avoid cancellation.
Final Confirmation All bookings must be confirmed by Quince via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, Zalo, WeChat, or email. We will also reconfirm your reservation on the day of, or one day prior to, your reservation.
Group Reservations For large groups, a deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Non-refundable and non-modifiable within 24 hours. The full bill must be settled at the end of your visit. Refunds are processed within 7 days to the original payment account.
Dietary Requirements Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements prior to your booking date.
Corkage Fees VND 1,000,000++ per 75cl bottle of wine or champagne; VND 1,500,000++ per bottle over 75cl; VND 2,000,000++ per 70cl bottle of spirits. Maximum 3 bottles up to 75cl each. Bottles already on our menu cannot be served. Please share bottle details in advance.
