Reservations Information: - Reservations are accepted online via TableCheck system only. - Availability is updated in real time. - Phone bookings, waitlists and reservation overrides are not available. - If your preferred date or time is unavailable, no additional bookings can be made. - Tables assignments are made only upon arrival at The Grotto.
Terms & Conditions - Prices are in Thai Baht, subject to 10% service charge & 7% government tax. - A 50% penalty fee applies for cancellations made after 15:00 on the reservation date. - A 100% penalty fee applies for no-shows. - No penalty fee applies for a reservation postponed to the next day. - A supplementary charge applies to half board and full board package. Other special reductions are not applicable.
Transportation Notice for Non-Resident Guests: The Grotto is located at Rayavadee at Railay beach and is accessible only by boat. Boat transfers are not provided by the resort.
Guests may arrange their own transfers via public long-tail boats from: - Ao Nang Beach: GPS - Ao Nam Mao Pier: GPS
