We sell the very popular Basque cheesecake. You can order it as a souvenir or a gift to give to a loved one when you make a reservation. The bittersweet baked cheese is soft and smooth inside. We are particular about the texture, and by cooking it quickly, the outside is caramel-like bittersweet and the inside is rare and melty. You can purchase it by paying by cash or credit card on the day of your visit, and the cheesecake will be handed over to you when you leave.
*As the number is limited, please make a reservation at least 3 days in advance. If you make a reservation after that, we may not be able to prepare the desired number of pieces, so please understand in advance.
