【Table Turnover Time】

In order to for us to accommodate every guests and smoothly operate during our business hours, the duration of your dining time will be limited to:

1 hr 30 minutes for parties up to 2 guests
1 hr 45 minutes for parties up to 4 guests
2 hours 15 minutes for parties more than 5 guests.

Please let us know in advance if you'd like to have a longer duration and we would do our best to accommodate to your request!



【Running Late / Grace Periods】

When the party is more than 20 minutes late without notifying the restaurant, the reservation will be cancelled.



【Large Groups / Private Room Inquiry】

Please be advised that food prepared at EBESU contains common allergens
and they are listed on the menu with colored indications.
