■ Cancellation Policy

So that every guest can enjoy their meal in comfort, and so that we can
welcome as many guests as possible, we have established the following
cancellation policy. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Cancellations without notice and no-shows will be handled strictly,
as they directly affect the livelihood of our staff.
We ask for your kind understanding.

1. Cancelling or Changing a Reservation

If you need to cancel your reservation or change the number of guests,
please contact us as early as possible.

2. Cancellation Fees

A cancellation fee will apply if you cancel or reduce your party size
within the period below, or if you do not arrive without notifying us
(no-show).

・Cancellation / change of party size on the day of the reservation:
100% of the reserved course price
・Cancellation without notice (no-show):
100% of the reserved course price

【For "Seats Only" reservations】
・Cancellation without notice (no-show): 11,000 yen per person

【Regarding changes to party size】
If the number of guests decreases, the above policy also applies and we
may charge for the reduced number of guests. Please contact us as early
as possible.

3. Additional Notes

・Cancellation fees may be billed to the contact details provided at the
time of booking.

・If we determine that the cancellation was unavoidable — for example due
to severe weather or major public transport disruption — the fee may be
waived. Please feel free to consult with us.

・For changes relating to allergies or ingredients you cannot eat,
please let us know at least 1 day in advance. We may not be able to
accommodate requests made at short notice.
