Winter Reservation Policy
Arrival and seating - If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your booking time, your table will be released and cancellation charges may apply. - Seating is limited to 2 hours from your booking time. - We cannot guarantee that you will be seated at your requested table.
Cancellations - The cancellation fee is ¥6,000 per person. - Groups of 9 or more: A 100% cancellation fee applies if cancellations or changes are made less than 3 days in advance.
Groups Booking - Groups of 10 or more: Please email eat@kumoniseko.com. - Same-Day Bookings: Please call 0136-55-6421. - Seating: We cannot guarantee preferred seating, except for Grand Table and Tatami Room bookings.
Menus and dietary requirements - All guests within a party must select the same tasting menu. - We cannot accept last-minute changes to your menu selection on arrival. - Please give us advance notice of any dietary requirements so we can prepare modifications. We may not be able to accommodate every requirement, and any alternative dishes will come from our extended menu.
Payment - Kumo Restaurant is cashless. Please bring a credit card. - We cannot split bills, but we can divide the bill into 2 equal payments on different credit cards.
