About Reservations ● Reservations are mandatory at our restaurant. ● Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests regarding seat preferences. ● If we are unable to reach you after your reserved time, we may have to cancel your reservation. Therefore, please be sure to contact us if you’re running late. ● Even on dates where reservations are not officially available, it’s possible that seats may still be available if you contact the restaurant directly. ● For groups of 5 or more people, please contact the restaurant directly. ● Children are permitted only if they are middle school age or older and can order from the same menu as adults.
Cancellations ● In case of cancellation, please contact the restaurant directly. Cancellation fees will apply as follows: ・24 hours prior to reservation: 100% of the meal cost ・48 hours prior to reservation: 50% of the meal cost
☎ Inquiries by phone: 050-3196-1763 ※ For phone reservations, calling between 12:00–17:00 is recommended. After 17:00, the restaurant remains open, but it may be difficult to answer calls. Thank you for your understanding.
