About Reservations ● Reservations are mandatory at our restaurant. ● Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests regarding seat assignments. ● If we are unable to reach you after your reserved time, we may have to cancel your reservation. Therefore, please be sure to contact us if you’re going to be late. ● Even on dates when reservations aren’t available online, we might still be able to arrange seats if you contact the restaurant directly. ● For groups of 14 or more people, please contact the restaurant directly.
Cancellations ● In case of cancellation, please contact the restaurant directly. Cancellation fees will apply as follows: ・24 hours prior: 100% of the meal cost ・48 hours prior: 50% of the meal cost
