This allows our chef to prepare a tailored menu for you. Please note that we are unable to accommodate last-minute adjustments once your booking is confirmed. Thank you for your understanding.



【Reservation Policy】

Limited Online Seating: Our online system only shows a portion of our availability. If your preferred time is fully booked online, please contact us directly at ☎️ 02-2731-9888 ext. 8101.

Booking Window: We do not accept same-day reservations. Bookings are available via phone or our online system up to 30 days in advance. Please note that we do not accept reservations through Email, Facebook, or Instagram.

Confirmation: Once your deposit (minimum spend) is processed, our staff will contact you by phone to confirm your booking details.

Modifications: Once an online booking is completed, details such as the number of guests or dates cannot be changed online. Please call us directly if you need to adjust your reservation.

Outside Food Policy: To ensure food safety and hygiene, outside food or ingredients are strictly prohibited within the premises.

No-Shows & Cancellations: To maintain our service quality, your reservation will be considered a "No-Show" and your deposit will be forfeited if you fail to arrive within 30 minutes of your scheduled time, are unreachable, or miss your appointment without prior notice.

【Cancellation & Modification Policy】

As our ingredients are prepared in advance, please carefully review our cancellation policy below:

Same-Day Cancellations: No rescheduling is permitted. The deposit is fully non-refundable.

3 to 6 Days Prior: Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before your reservation are eligible for a 50% deposit refund. Please contact us directly to process your refund.

7+ Days Prior: Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance are eligible for a full deposit refund. Please contact us to initiate the process.

Reminder Call: Our team will call you one day before your reservation to confirm your booking.

【Dining Policy】
Minimum Spend: A minimum of one set menu per guest is required. All prices are subject to a 10% service charge.

Children: Children under the age of six are not required to order a full meal.

Beverage & Corkage Policy: We offer an extensive selection of sake, wine, beer, and soft drinks.

Outside Beverages: Outside soft drinks, water, and beer are strictly prohibited.

Corkage Fee: For other alcoholic beverages, a corkage fee of $1,000 per bottle applies. Fees for larger format bottles (magnums, etc.) will be quoted on-site.

Corkage Waiver: If your purchase of in-house alcohol exceeds your total corkage fees, the corkage fee will be waived (purchases of soft drinks and water are excluded from this offer).

【Information】
Outside Food: No outside food is allowed, with the exception of birthday cakes.

Special Requests: For any needs beyond standard dining, please specify them in the "Notes" section. While we strive to accommodate all requests, we appreciate your understanding if some cannot be met.

Pets: We have a no-pet policy (including carriers and strollers), with the exception of certified service dogs.

Promotions: Hotel offers, restaurant promotions, and credit card discounts cannot be combined.
