Home Delivery - Delivery Period: 1 September 2026 to 25 September 2026 - Final order deadline for delivery: 19 September 2026 at 7:00 PM - Delivery service is available within Taipei City and New Taipei City only.
Delivery Terms - Delivery charges are not included in the mooncake purchase price and will be charged separately. - Delivery fees will vary according to the delivery destination and the courier company's prevailing rates. - Delivery dates and schedules are subject to courier availability and operating policies. - The hotel reserves the right to adjust delivery arrangements due to operational requirements, weather conditions, traffic disruptions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. - Upon delivery, the courier company may contact the recipient directly using the information provided on the order form. - The hotel shall not be responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from inaccurate recipient information, recipient unavailability, adverse weather conditions, or courier service interruptions. - Any additional charges incurred due to re-delivery requests, incorrect delivery information, or failed delivery attempts shall be borne by the purchaser.
Changes to Pick-up or Delivery Arrangements - Any request to amend a confirmed pick-up or delivery date must be submitted at least five (5) days prior to the scheduled collection or delivery date. - Requests received after this period cannot be guaranteed and remain subject to availability.
Payment Terms - Full payment is required upon order confirmation. - Orders will only be confirmed upon successful receipt of payment. - Once payment has been received and the order has been confirmed, no cancellation, refund, exchange, or amendment will be accepted.
General Conditions - Mooncake gift boxes are not eligible for accumulation or redemption of Capella DISCOVERY Dollars (D$), loyalty points, or other membership benefits unless otherwise specified. - Promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, privileges, vouchers, gift certificates, or promotional campaigns unless otherwise stated. - Capella Taipei reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion, offer, product, delivery arrangement, or these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. - In the event of any dispute relating to the promotion, ordering process, delivery, or interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, Capella Taipei reserves the right of final decision.
