◆ For reservations of 7 or more guests, please contact the restaurant directly.
◆ Seat requests may not always be accommodated. Please understand in advance.
◆ Guests under junior high school age are not permitted to enter.
◆ During certain K-Arena concerts, last orders may be taken at 22:00 and the restaurant may close at 22:30.

◆ Cancellation policy
・Cancellations on the day of reservation require payment of the full cost of the selected course.
6 guests or fewer: 20% charged if cancelled the day before; 100% charged on the day of reservation.
Regalo Course, 7 or more guests: 20% charged if cancelled two days prior; 50% charged if cancelled the day before; 100% charged on the day of reservation.
・Changes in group size: A reduction of up to 10% from the reserved number of guests is free of charge; for reductions exceeding 10%, the cancellation policy applies accordingly.

◆ When taking photos in restaurants or bars within the hotel, please ensure not to disturb other guests.
