Located within the Kyoto Tokyu Hotel, Tankuma Kitamise is operated by the well-established Tankuma group. The lattice doors open up to a chic Japanese interior. Patrons can enjoy the authentic Kyoto-style kaiseki course made with the lavish use of seasonal materials as well as the Wagyu shabu-shabu (a type of hotpot) and steak.
