Regarding reservation cancellations
For cancellations and changes, the following cancellation fees will be charged, calculated from the time of your arrival:
24 hours before: 100% of the reservation fee
48 hours before: 50% of the reservation fee
*Even if you enter your credit card information, payment will not be made at the time of reservation.
If you cancel your reservation during a period that violates the cancellation policy, the cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card you entered.
Please make your payment at the store on the day of your arrival.
