Experience the ultimate lineup crafted by our dream team from Napa Valley's historic Rutherford vineyards, paired with a special one-day-only menu created by Chef Chen Zhiwei of China Blue.
【Description】
Staglin Family Vineyards was established in 1985 on prime Napa Valley Rutherford land, celebrating its 40th anniversary just last year. Not only did they acquire Rutherford's premier vineyard, but they assembled a dream team for winemaking: David Abreu for viticulture, Fredrik Johansson as winemaker, and Michel Rolland as consultant. This time, we welcome Shannon Staglin, daughter of owner Galen Staglin and President since 2012. While enjoying the full Staglin lineup, including rare back vintages, she will share everything that defines Staglin: the winery itself, Rutherford as Napa Valley's premier wine-growing region, and the history of its vineyards. Chef Chen Zhiwei will create a one-night-only special menu designed specifically for this occasion, pursuing the perfect harmony between wine and food.
