▶ About reservation
·Please make reservations at least one day in advance.
·We will keep the card information at the time of reservation, but the settlement will not be done.
※ Please pay the actual usage fee at the accounting on the day.
・Only credit cards that support 3D Secure (personal authentication service) can be used. Please set up 3D Secure before making reservation.

·As for the designation of the seat, we may not be able to comply with your request.
·If you can not contact us after 30 minutes from the time of reservation, we will be forced to treat you as a cancellation so please be sure to contact us if you are late.
·Other menus are available, but reservations are only for the Kaiseki course. If you would like other menu items, please visit us directly.
·children's menu is available. If you want, please choose from the children's menu, after you visit our restaurant.

Tankuma Kitamise "Kyoto Main" (located near our restaurant,"Honke Tankuma Kyoto Takashimaya") is different from our restaurant.
When you visit Tankuma Kitamise "Kyoto Main", after reserve our restaurant and not come to our restaurant, We will charge a cancellation fee from the information of your card.
