【About Visiting Our Shop】
● Reservation windows for the following Saturday through Wednesday open every Tuesday at 6:00 PM.
● If you are more than 30 minutes late for your reservation and we cannot reach you, we may need to cancel your booking. If you will be late, please be sure to contact us.
● For reservations of 6 or more guests, please contact the shop via social media.
● During busy periods, seating is limited to 85 minutes per party.
● We ask that each guest order one parfait and one drink.
● Guests aged middle school and older are kindly asked to order from the adult menu.
● If a child will order a parfait, please select an adult when choosing the number of guests.
● For same-day reservations made after 9:00 AM, please contact the shop via social media.
● For inquiries, please contact us on Instagram or LINE. We do not accept phone calls.

【On Noise Levels Inside the Shop】
Some guests prefer a quiet, relaxed experience. We would appreciate your consideration for other customers when speaking. Of course, please enjoy your conversations◎
We ask for your cooperation so that everyone can have a comfortable visit.

【Parking Information】
We do not have a dedicated parking lot. Please use one of the nearby parking areas below:
● Nirasaki Bunka-mura Parking
● Coin Parking in front of Nirasaki Chamber of Commerce — first 90 minutes free
● Nicori Parking — first 4 hours free
※ Please do not park at the neighboring temple or on nearby private property.
※ The street in front of the shop is one-way.
