Our tonkatsu, made from carefully selected Bando Mochi Pork from Gunma Prefecture, is finished by frying twice—first at a low temperature and then at a high temperature—to achieve a crisp coating and juicy meat. Fluffy rice is prepared with the rare "Ryū no Hitomi" (Dragon’s Eye) rice, and the set is served with a hearty pork miso soup full of chunky vegetables for you to enjoy together. If you order the a la carte, slow-simmered curry (made without wheat flour), you can also have it served as katsu curry. This is a new style of tonkatsu set that you can enjoy in various ways by mixing and matching to suit your preference.

You can enjoy a refreshingly light flavor seasoned with fully sun-dried salt from Ogawa Saltworks in Kōchi Prefecture and lemon, or paired with a warm Worcestershire-style sauce containing grated daikon. It also pairs perfectly with shredded cabbage mixed with shiso. The fluffy rice is made with the rare rice “Ryū no Hitomi” (龍の瞳) and is best enjoyed together with a hearty pork miso soup with chunky vegetables (tonjiru).
