In this stunning space, where dazzling views from 200 meters above ground and blue lights create an otherworldly artistic atmosphere, enjoy a one-night only luxurious experience immersed in the perfect pairing of champagnes and French cuisine chosen for special occasions around the world.
For this 15th edition, you will be able to taste:
A house founded in 1947 when seven young champagne producers from Montagne de Reims came together with the goal of creating a champagne brand that would astonish the world.
You can enjoy “Palme Reservé NV Brut” on a two-hour free-flow basis. Along with one bottle of “Rosé Solaire,” which combines outstanding fruit flavors with delicate spice aromas and carries forward the house’s legacy, and one bottle of “Amazonie de Palme,” Palme’s finest cuvée made through long-term aging using 18% Chardonnay from Solaire vines, you can savor these wines at your preferred times throughout the course.
We have prepared four special French dishes crafted just for this night, perfectly matched to these three types of champagne that reflect the characteristics of this historic house, allowing you to experience their enchanting pairing.【Menu】
