Italian-Style Dining with 400°C Stone-Oven Cuisine

JAM17 DINING is an Italian-style restaurant on the 17th floor of HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU, overlooking Shinjuku and Kabukicho. Seasonal Kanto ingredients, including Miura vegetables, feature alongside dishes cooked in a 400°C stone oven. An open kitchen creates an energetic atmosphere, while the rooftop terrace offers open-air dining. Suitable for friends, dates, casual dining and celebrations.

• Risotto with tartufata (Parmesan, Conger eel, scallops, shiitake mushrooms, and vegetables)

For dessert, you may select from the following:

• Purple sweet potato Mont Blanc, embodying the colors of autumn
• Tiramisu – inspired by the patissier’s creativity
• Matcha tiramisu (+¥300)
• Rainbow-colored molten chocolate fondant with orange ice cream (+¥700)
