【Reservations】 • Online reservations are available up to 30 days in advance. • For same-day reservations or private dining room bookings, please contact the restaurant directly. • Reservations will be held for 15 minutes. Late arrivals without prior notice may result in cancellation and release of the table. • Please contact the restaurant in advance for any cancellation or modification.
【Deposit & Cancellation Policy】 Special Reservations Special Reservations include festive periods, special events, special menus, private events, and group reservations of 10 guests or more. • A credit card deposit is required. The applicable amount will be stated in the reservation system. • Reservations will be automatically cancelled if the deposit is not paid within the specified period. • Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the reserved dining time are eligible for a full refund to the original credit card. • Cancellations, date changes, or dining-period changes made within 72 hours of the reserved dining time will result in forfeiture of the deposit and cannot be rescheduled, except in cases of force majeure.
Example: For a reservation at 18:00 on 10 July, cancellation by 18:00 on 7 July is eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this time are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Standard Reservations Standard Reservations refer to all reservations not classified as Special Reservations. • A valid credit card is required to secure the reservation. No charge will be made at the time of booking. • Cancellations, date changes, or dining-period changes made within 72 hours of the reserved dining time will be subject to the applicable cancellation fee, except in cases of force majeure.
Example: For a reservation at 18:00 on 10 July, cancellation by 18:00 on 7 July will not incur a fee. Cancellations made after this time will be charged to the credit card provided.
【Corkage】 • Wine, 750 ml or less: NT$500 per bottle • Spirits, 750 ml or less: NT$1,000 per bottle
【Promotions & Discounts】 • Only one promotional offer or discount may be applied per table and per bill, including dining vouchers and credit card promotions. • Certain offers may not apply during festive periods or to private dining room spending. Please refer to the applicable terms.
【Parking】 • One hour of complimentary parking is provided for every NT$1,000 spent on dining. • Maximum complimentary parking: 4 hours per vehicle.
